Grasim Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, ranks amongst the top publicly listed companies in India. Grasim has completed 76 glorious years of its existence. Incorporated in 1947, it started as a textiles manufacturer in India. Today, it has evolved into a leading diversified player with leadership presence across many sectors. It is a leading global producer of Viscose, Diversified Chemicals, Linen Yarn and Fabrics producer in India. The company recently has entered paints business under the brand name ‘Birla Opus’ and would be setting up six plants of manufacturing decorative paints across pan India locations. Leveraging the Group synergies, Grasim has launched “Birla Pivot”, the B2B online marketplace for building materials. Through its subsidiaries, UltraTech Cement, Aditya Birla Capital and Aditya Birla Renewables, it is also India’s prominent cement producer, leading diversified financial services player and clean energy solutions player. At Grasim, there is an endeavour to create sustainable value for 43000+ employees, 247,000+ shareholders, society, and customers. The company reported consolidated net revenue of ₹1,17,627 Cr. and EBITDA of ₹20,478 Cr. in FY 2023.

Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla is the Chairman of the Indian multinational Aditya Birla Group, which operates in 36 countries across six continents. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA degree from the London Business School.
Mr. Birla chairs the Boards of all major Group companies in India and globally including Novelis Inc., Birla Carbon, Aditya Birla Chemicals, Domsjö Fabriker, Terrace Bay Pulp Mill, Hindalco Industries Ltd., Grasim Industries Ltd., UltraTech Cement Ltd., Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. and Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. Smt. Rajashree Birla is an exemplar in the area of community initiatives and rural development. Smt. Birla spearheads the Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives and Rural Development, the Group’s apex body responsible for development projects.

Mr. H K Agarwal is Managing Director of Grasim Industries Limited, a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) and Business Director of the Group’s global Pulp & Fibre Business Birla Cellulose. He is also Director of Aditya Birla Management Corp. Private Limited, the apex corporate body that provides strategic direction and vision to the Group companies.
Over the last four decades, Mr. H K Agarwal has held leadership positions in the Aditya Birla Group's Cement, Chemicals, Advanced Materials, and Pulp and Fibre businesses.
An energetic, intuitive zeal that arises from emotional engagement with the organisation that makes work joyful and inspires each one to give his or her best. A voluntary, spontaneous and relentless pursuit of goals and objectives with the highest level of energy and enthusiasm.
Mr. Jayant V Dhobley joined the Aditya Birla Group in January 2021. Prior to joining ABG, Jayant worked for Amcor Limited where he led Strategy & Operations for the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Himanshu Kapania is leading the new foray of Grasim into Decorative Paint business as ‘Business Head’ with an initial investment of Rs.10,000 crores.
Mr. Kapania concurrently is the Business Head of ‘Birla White’ and is on the Board of ‘RAK company for White Cement & Construction Materials’ UAE.

Mr. Kapil Agrawal is Business Head, Textile Aditya Birla Group. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed a number of national and international management and leadership development programmes, including INSEAD's cutting-edge program, advanced management program at Harvard, and Global Leadership Program at IIM Ahmedabad. He received the Chairman's “Outstanding Leader Award” in 2022.
Mr. Pavan K Jain has a stellar career track record spanning over three decades in the Aditya Birla Group, and in different stints including Birla White, Grey Cement and Grasim CFD. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also completed the Executive Development Program of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA
